well he has returned the full package he brought , and it is all my stuff....so paypal will now refund him, i have put a damage claim in with dhl the courier that sent the item to the buyer in the first place, so fingers croosed....

Maybe he has a PS2 that broke so he bought yours took a part out of it to fix his and then sent yours back saying it's faulty. And now he is selling his as fully working!0

I have always given refunds as long as people send the item back. I even gave a guy a refund because he said he didn't receive the item, it was only a £1 or something so it wasn't a big deal.

I had a look out of intrest at his listing of the ps2, that he is selling as he is buying a PS3. He brought this PS2 on the 12th of Jan. Not sure if that helps you any with sorting out what went on.

Nothing he can do now as paypal have made him refund. So he may as well forget it and just pursue a claim with his courier.0

this one of mine had a seal on it, and the seal still looks intact, he won so dhl must have broke it in transit.... we will see0 -
So have you tested your PS2 now it's back is it broken.0

Let's hope all those bitter and twisted sellers accusing the buyer of scamming hang their heads in shame. The goods have been returned, seal intact confirming it's the same item and more than likely damaged by the courier. Seems the sellers on here look for every trick in the book to avoid refunding genuine customers.Wins: pink kids laptop

Oh come on Andy, it did all sound rather suspicious. I mean, what was he doing buying one when he wanted to sell the one he already had?
Either the buyer has done something very clever and pulled the wool over all of us, or it was broken in transit. Neither is likely, but one of them is true.
From the evidence we heard before the unit was returned untampered with, a scam was the most likely explanation.0 -

Well, read the feedback he left, and tell me what the scam was.
Or is the feedback a lie as well?

But I agree that somewhere something is odd.0
