Kookgekjen are you Dutch? Thats one of my OHs favourite meals! He is always shocked by the price of Kale as its seen as a "fancy" cabbage here whereas he calls it "peasant cabbage"!
I am getting lots of inspiration from this thread, so I will hopefully join you all next week.
