hi all my first ever post on here
SUN - Roast chicken dinner
MON - Chicken and Leek Pie topped with mash served with veggies
TUES - Shephers Pie
WED - Chicken Curry and rice noodles
THURS - Sausage Casserole mash and veggies
FRI - Chilli and rice
SAT DINNER - Pizza
SAT TEA - Omellette
SUN - Chicken dinner
breakfast will be cereals/toast/spam sandwiches weekend only
Dinner for me through week as at home will be sandwiches or reheated tea from the night before
not bad for my first post eh and im gonna make sure i stick to it ha
feel i need to add a fish dish in this tho and dont really have a recipe0 -

Tonight - OH cooking (probably Quorn fillets, mash & veg) TICK
Tomorrow - Meatballs and spaghetti TICK
Wednesday - out at skittles with OH's work TICK
Thursday - Fishcakes, veg & chips Don't really fancy it but will go with it.
Friday - Sausages, mash & onion gravy
Saturday - Possibly HM Cannelloni
Sunday - Roast Chicken?

Afternoon all!
Here's my effort.....- Sunday - lamb roast dinner for OH and dog, same but with veggie sausages for me
- Monday - beef stir fry for OH, caesar salad for me (can't bear stir fry!)
- Tuesday - OH playing football, fishfingers, potato croquettes and beans for me (using up freezer stuff)
- Wednesday - salmon, peas and mash for OH, same but with quorn fillet/cheesey sausages for me
- Thursday - fajitas for both of us
- Friday - OH out, jacket spud, beans and cheese for me
EDIT- OH decided on gammon, egg and chips (all from thefreezer) on Weds instead of salmon - no problem as have frozen it and he'll have it next week instead - everything else as planned for the first time ever!!!0 -
Well I've cheated. Went to buy the ingredients to make my own "ragu" sauce and it was reduced to half price in Sainsburys at 64p so I bought 2 of those instead. Oops!

Hi all
This is my first posting on here,i have been a serial lurker for sometime. Anyway i would really love to join in the fun.Some of the meals on here sound so delish!
Tonight - Spaghetti and spicy meatballs
Tuesday - Pan fried Basa fillets,Jacket spud and salad
Wed - Beef stew with dumplings and veg
Thursday - Smoked salmon and cream pasta
Friday - Freezer surprise (whatever is lurking in the depths!)
Saturday - At friends for dinner
Sunday - Roast pork with the trimmings
Breakfast is either porridge,toast or cereal.
Kids and hubby take packed lunches.
Hopefully will post again next week!0 -
Here's my first post!!! Have looked on here occasionally - but have decided as I have nearly 3 weeks of food in my freezer and bought more today I need to start planning properly!
Mon: Fish and Chips
Tues: Sausage and Mash
Weds: Chicken Casserole
Thurs: Spag Bog (Making a big batch for freezer)
Fri: Pizza - luriking at the bottom of the freezer
Sat: Cauliflower and Bacon Cheese
Sun: Roast Chicken, Stuffing (freeze half) and leftover Cauli Cheese

Thursday: Cottage Pie and Beans
Friday: Gammon Steaks, eggs & chips
Saturday: Spaghetti Bolognese

RUnning late with this one this week!
Mon(was) Cold lamb and boulangere potatoes left from Saturday.
Tues: I'm away, leaving lamb & couscous soup for the others
Wed: Chicken curry/Lentil & chickpea curry and rice
[STRIKE]Thursday: HM Burgers and rolls, HM wedges[/STRIKE] Didn't do this as I picked up reasonably priced avocados, had wraps, refried beans etc etc instesd
Friday: Egg beans and toast
Saturday: [STRIKE]Pasta Bake, bacon and sweetcorn in it I think.[/STRIKE]Dunno what we're having but it won't be this!
Sunday: Dunno, but might be at MIL.
Don't think I need to buy anything.[SIZE=-1]"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"[/SIZE]
