    Afternoon all!

    Here's my effort.....
    • Sunday - lamb roast dinner for OH and dog, same but with veggie sausages for me
    • Monday - beef stir fry for OH, caesar salad for me (can't bear stir fry!)
    • Tuesday - OH playing football, fishfingers, potato croquettes and beans for me (using up freezer stuff)
    • Wednesday - salmon, peas and mash for OH, same but with quorn fillet/cheesey sausages for me
    • Thursday - fajitas for both of us
    • Friday - OH out, jacket spud, beans and cheese for me
Have just done a big shop and so I need to sit down and make a meal plan for next week to try to make the most of what I have and only buy fresh stuff on the weekend.

EDIT- OH decided on gammon, egg and chips (all from thefreezer) on Weds instead of salmon - no problem as have frozen it and he'll have it next week instead - everything else as planned for the first time ever!!!

Well I've cheated. Went to buy the ingredients to make my own "ragu" sauce and it was reduced to half price in Sainsburys at 64p so I bought 2 of those instead. Oops!
