Ok, I've never done a meal plan & I rarely cook. I've looked at your menu plans & its got me very motivated. My OH used to cook all the meals , but now he has started his new course & working he can no longer do this. I get in from work usually around 6-7 (but still have work things to do) & OH get in at about 8.30-9ish.
I was thinking of things that I can make then eat at a later date. I know this may be a silly question for some. But can the seafood meals be frozen?
Anyway here it is so far:
Monday: Thai shrimp curry & rice (I looked at frugalswan's menu & liked the sound of it)
Tuesday: Paella ( I looked at Naomim's menu & liked the sound of it)
Wednesday:Spaghetti
Thursday: coq au vin
Friday: Not sure
I was thinking of making most of the meals today & Sunday & then freezing them so I use it for the week.0 -
