I love Frittata but am a singleton. Anyone know where I can get an individual deep frying pan? I saw an "Individual Wok Set" in Lidl this week but it had a hob and six individual woks which were the perfect size but I only need one!0 -

sometimes I make frittata in the oven
I fry up the onion, potato etc (whatever other bits I'm chucking in that night!).
then put them in an oven proof dish and pour over the beaten eggs. then put in the oven.
sorry can't remember how long I bake it for or at what temp! probably 180 degrees for about 20 minutesweaving through the chaos...0 -

Thanks I'm going to give that a try - I can make one or two portions and keep one in the fridge. :T0 -

Thanks for the link that's really helpful. In the spirit of money saving I'm going to try cooking it in the oven and if that doesn't wor I'm going to invest in one. Thank you again.

the only drawback is cleaning the dish afterwards - baked on egg is a pain, but I just leave it to soak overnight with a bit of biological washing powder.weaving through the chaos...0
