    Italian Restaurant Recommendation.

Don't go to Little Italy, there is nothing there that is anywhere close to Bamonte's in Brooklyn.

Grab the L, get off at Lorimer St, walk 4 blocks towards the BrooklynQueens Expressway. go underneath, and at the old no longer open petrol station, walk behind it, Bamonte's is on your left, and it's an amazing restaurant.

Trust me, there is LOADS of good stuff in Brooklyn, and this restaurant is worth going if you like proper old style italian food!

I'll answer seeing as he'll be out having a great time somewhere :D

Its the Cosmopolitan in Tribeca. Not out of the city at all, very much in it. He always recommends booking it via Hotel ConXions.

Although he has stayed in other places as well. But it is the Cosmo he always recommends if anyone asks for a good reasonably (for NYC!) priced hotel.

Also found a 'hotel' called Holland Motor Lodge thats sounds basic but good value and cheap.

    anyone used it?

    Does anyone know this hotel?
its in new jersey, just at the beginning of the holland tunnel.
