Can get some good savings there, the Staybridge Suites are half a mile from Broadway and Times Square, so really near to everything that you would want to go to
Let us know how you get on0 -

New York City, (so including the other boroughs, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens & Staten Island) is the safest big city in the USA, and the 3rd safest with a population above 100,000.

Ok then, each of you New York lovers, recommend me one place each (or more if you can't stick to one) that you have to visit eachtime you go back to NYC. It can be a restuarant, deli or simple hotdog vendor. I want to compile a list of the places to eat for pizza, cheesecake, burgers, etc.
Mine has to be Serendipity 3, not the best food in the world but it is good, it is the ambience and the decor of the place that makes it for me. Quirky and friendly would be how I described it.0 -
Mine is the bullpen bar in UES it rocks and the bar staff are v friendly
They even made me a salad - unheard of in a sports bar0 -
Hi Everyone,
I'm looking for any tips and recommendations for a trip to New York in mid October from around the 14th to cover a birthday. I'm taking my two sons (18 and 14) and want this to be a bit of an eye opener for them. The range of hotels and locations is frankly baffling so any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm budgeting for a 6 day stay btw.0 -

Not as yet. Just checked BA from Heathrow Premium Economy for £249. Morning flights too. Looks like a bargain. That's at least £150 less than I was expecting.
Thanks!
Just need some tips for hotels0 -
S.O.M.F, we stayed at the Holiday Inn West 57th Street, great Location, 2 mins to T.SQ, 5 mins to Central Park, still near to the centre but away so we got less of the noise!! I think if i remember correctly, its in between 9th and 10th Avenue, looks so far away on the map but really really isnt.0
