I never tire of looking at all the lovely projects that everyone is doing.
I've had a nasty virus this week and feeling a little better today I crocheted some flowers from Lucy's Attic and some cute little hearts I found on You Tube, will edit with the name, can't remember at the mo.
Here they are
I have no idea what I'm going to do with them though.

Here's the link for the hearts and they were soooo easy

Hi LilacLillie. Thank you
Googled 'knitted sea creatures pattern' for you and afew came up. Some sites with one or two but if you have a look at a few of them you might be able to source the ones you want. Also this one looked useful

I've just started a crochet pattern for a turtle. It's in japanese:eek: fortunately it has a chart and I'll just have to figure out the sewing together bit.

Hi lilaclillie
just had a look on ravelry and they have; seahorse, goldfish, coral, dolphin, whale, lobster, crab and turtle. They have some shells too, but they may be a bit bigger than you want. Some of them are cat toy size, but may be adjustable depending on the yarn.
I can't remember how I joined ravelry, but it's a brilliant site for patterns and seeing other peoples work

I've just finished my first summer granny square throw (my first crochet piece ever in fact). 10x12 squares finished with seven rounds of granny stripes, but to my annoyance the edging is incredibly wrinkly. I fear no amount of blocking is going to cajole this one into laying completely flat.
I'm consoling myself at the moment with making birdie decorations instead.Dry January: 31/31 days. :T0 -

:rotfl:I've got to admit to not doing much crochet over the summer-think the wool on my knees made me too hot
But its been damp and cool recently,so I have started back on my granny squares and enjoyed it.I've done enough for another row on my blanket :j :heartsmil 'A woman is like a teabag: You never know her strength until you drop her in hot water'. (Eleanor Roosevelt)0 -

been experimenting with recycled fabrics - blue dish is cut up baby vests. Am pleased with the results and am making a bath mat next from t shirts. The crochet dishes are for my Dd's new house for her bits and bobs. Just finished a coccy brown and cream throw for Dd's couch. Clearing the junk to travel light
Saving every single penny.

I know exactly what you mean RosyRed about the heat, although to be honest I started the throw in February and abandoned it the beginning of March so can't really use that as an excuse! I picked it up again mid-July to finish it off as it was taunting me from the shelf and making me feel guilty.
