Hello all, it seems to have gone very quiet on here, are you all too busy with your crochet :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Here are a few photos of my latest finished project, a Japanese Flower Scarf, again courtesy of more of Attic24's inspiration.

I am still working on my ripple blanket and now have a baby blanket on the go as well!

Wow these are beautiful. THe only Crochet I can do is in lines. I wish I was able to follow patterns to make something as pretty!

Can anyone point me towards the pattern for the Japanese flower scarf? I've followed various links and blogs but it's either removed or the books unavailable or in Japanese. I'm happy to buy a book but I'm not good enough to decode foreign patterns yet.

Hello! Wow, haven't been on MSE for aaaaages (but I can usually be found lurking around Ravelry!) and so was really pleased to see a Crochet thread, and wanted to say Hi! I've just started an online crochet mag (https://www.love-crochet.com), so it is wonderful to see so many crocheters here - I will definitely pop back in for lovely crochet chit-chat, but really must take a look at budget meal planning, that's what I popped in for :-) x

Thank you for that link! And it's a whole new blog that I haven't seen before. I was just thinking it might be time to start making tea but I reckon I can put it off for another hour or two yet while I just read a bit more crochet stuff... it's so addictive .

  • I've just ordered some merino mix wool from Ebay. Can't wait for it to be delivered. Now... want to make with it. Any suggestions?

How did any of you ever learn how to do this? I CAN'T DO IT Wahhhhh.

Even looking at the youtube vids I'm struggling. I also have no patience but I will persevere and not let this beat me.

My baby blanket is finished, so it's back to the big Ripple blanket for now, although I should really be decorating ;)

You should be able to click on the photos to see bigger images if you wish.

What are you all working on now?
