    I've just found a photo tutorial for the Japanese flower scarf HERE, very clear instructions and photos I think. I'm not all that good at crochet really, but it makes me feel like having a go!

    I have been making a babys blanket with that african flower hexagon pattern - I've completed all the hexagons, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to join them together? the pattern I used does not tell you how - all advice greatfully recieved cos I spent a lot of money (£35) on really lovely wool and now feel a bit foolish!

    On a better note I've started the Attic 24 granny stripe blanket and I'm LOVING the colours!

    As soon as I had purchased the wool I decided that I needed three more colours, so as I was waiting for those to arrive I decided not to join as I go other wise there would be none of the new colours in the first section and also I was worried about evenly distributing the colours with the join as you go method, however, now looking at the pile on my table I wished I had joined them :eek:

    I am loving doing it though, in fact I am considering carrying on and making it into a blanket (although a rather expensive one!) Have you ordered your wool yet?

    Hi! I have never seen this pattern before and its really lovely! Is there any chance you could let me know how to do it? Not sure how to join it, I am sure someone more knowledgeable than me will help you.
