I agree with you TOTALLY jessie15. That first row is an absolute mare:mad:. Once past that you will be rippling away, up and down, up and down......:rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Hi missmilly, how are you? What is your next project after your ripple cushion? I have not been out of the house for the last 4 days as not been very well but have been able to do plenty of crochet so thats been good. Going on a shopping spree next weekend for some Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino wool for a blanket so looking forward to that, just need to think what colours..... although I love the look of Attic24's colours I dont think they are entirely me so i am thinking of a combination of purples and plum shades as that is the colour of my newly decorated bedroom and I will need a new hook too...... oh isn't it sad to get SO excited about wool and crochet!!!!! But i love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0

Morning!
I am now on row three and you were right I am into the swing of it now
Sdaly though I am really not enjoying the stylecraft yarn
. I am going to persevere though as I really just can't afford to buy wool all the time, especially at the volume of crochet I am producing :rotfl: Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0 -

Hi jessie15, I'm good thanks. I'm now making another Blooming Flower cushion, although a little smaller, to go with the first one. It will be finished in a day or two though, I had a problem finding a smaller cushion pad, so I made one yesterday out of an old piece of white sheeting and the stuffing from a pillow!!! I am very pleased with the result and it was FREE. So I won't be buying anymore cushion pads.
My second Lucy pack arrived from Masons yesterday, so I am drooling over it, however, I can't decide what to make next.
Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino, how absolutely fab, and your colours sound lovely too. I recently bought a soft touch hook, one of these and it is so good, no more sore fingers. I don't think I will ever go back to my old ones now.
Enjoy your shopping trip, I am very envious :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Does anyone know of a good heart pattern? I am having problems finding one that is the size I want and trying to adapt them is just not working. Am looking for a flat heart about 2.5 inches across.2012 wins approx £11,000 including 5k to spend on a holiday :j0
