I know that you have been discussing the folk who have not updated the chart this time round. I have not done this and can do this if you wish. We have moved house last week so mortgage has increased and I have not paid any overpayments for April or May since we were porting over the mortgage figure and did not want to get it distorted. Hoping to make the first overpayment next wednesday but not sure if this will show on website as it is still in the early stages.

Number 46 and current mortgage today is 58655.38+57007.68 giving a total of £115663.06 for me to start in June 2010. Hope to reduce to £105,000 but time will tell if we can achieve this.

Sorry about the lateness and I will do it by goggledocs next time in September.

    RosieTiger,
Don't worry - the update to the second chart won't actually get published until 12th June - sometime when I get the time on Saturday.

Do you want me to take your £78,200 value instead?

    FB.

FB - thanks for your efforts, no need to change anything this is fine.

I think so too, it's brilliant having all the numbers worked out for us.

My regular saver is growing slightly faster than my shortfall, which is good news, but now I have to cut the standing order drastically for one, maybe two months to cover a tax bill and holiday spends. Not ideal, but I'm focused on getting it back up to the max. before the next update deadline.

Target by then is to stay "in the yellow" by making actual overpayments when possible - seeing the mortgage sub-50k for the first time will be a good feeling :) Good luck to all MFWs!

I have managed to find the £235 needed to be in the green after getting a tax credit back payment. Why could that not happen last week. :rotfl:By the time my normal payment comes out tomorrow too i should be ahead of the game for the time being.

Thanks again to FB and Maz. This is a seriously motivating thread and it is a good support through the good and bad times on this challenge. :D
