  • i would like to update my details as of today i owe 95177.54 on my mortgage i have not made any overpayments as yet because work has been tight and my wife is now expecting our 2nd child. i still want to be part of this group and hope to start overpaying later on in the year. however i have reduced the term of my mortgage by 2 years so i am overpaying slightly. my starting amount was in the region of 96600 not 96000 as i first estimated good luck to everyone else in their quest and i will update again in june.

    Hi All

I have put my update in but mine is a calculated estimate. My mortgage payment is made on the 12th of the month so I can't have an accurate figure on the 11th.

For the starting figure I used a calculated estimate too so I think this is a fair representation of the situation. I have and will consistently use the figure I expect my mortgage to be on the 12th.

This was a good period for me so I should be well and truly in the green but I am one of those who expects to start off well but may struggle nearer the end.

Just updated via google docs. Only £300 paid off for me this quarter. I have an interest only mortgage and other debts to pay first, but hope to improve this by next time.
