Tee hee..you'll not want to see another bus for a long time0

The buyer sounds like a complete idiot to me. It's his bus now anyway.Happy chappy0

It's his bus now so once it leaves your house, don't let it back in should the "garage" come to give it back. I presume you have gates you can lock?0

Yeah dont let them bring the bus back onto your property now - its not yours - well legally it isnt is it? They bought it!!
Make sure you get lots of babysitting duty out of your Dad for all the hassle you have had - you will need a good drink or three!

let the garage take the bus, then close / block your driveway with a car or otherwise
if the garage 'dumps' the bus, it isn't your problem, it's the council's / police if its blocking entry!money saving my @rse.
I've spent 10x as much as I would if I had never discovered this website :-)

That is one fantastic bus!
I'd recommend sending a (recorded) letter such as:
Dear XXXXXX
I refer to the camper-bus you purchased from me via eBay (item number XXXXX).
Thank you for arranging for your property to be removed from my land. I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that the item was sold as-seen with no express or implied warranty of any kind. The Sale of Goods Act does not apply to private sales.
I am aware that your agent, who you have contracted with to remove the camper-bus, is a local mechanic and he has informed me that he is picking up the bus for 'testing'. I am not sure what you are having the bus tested for, however please be advised that should the mechanic wish to return the bus to me, I am unwilling to have my land used as a storage facility for your property, and therefore you will have to make alternative arrangements should you not wish the bus to be transported to Scotland.
Yours sincerely

Of course, you could make that last paragraph:

I am not sure what you are having the bus tested for, however please be advised that should the mechanic wish to return the bus to me, I am unwilling to have my land used as a free storage facility for your property, and therefore you will have to make alternative arrangements should you not wish the bus to be transported to Scotland. If you would like the bus to be stored on my land after the garage has removed it, please be aware that a charge of £200 per day or part thereof will apply which, if you refuse to pay, I will have no hesitation in claiming via the Small Claims Court.#145 Save £12k in 2016 Challenge: £12,062.62/£12,000.00 Beginning Balance: £5,027.78 CHALLENGE MET

he has also probably failed to report an accident. The damage to the bridge will need paying for and if its a railway bridge it becomes alot more serious. The police need to know about this he could have hit 3 people before the bridge.you go all your life thinking that money and comfort will bring you happiness only to find all you need is something to be enthusiastic about.:j0
