Can I still return a faulty item? I bought my health coach for DS and the pedometer is broken, the bit what holds the battery in. So it doesnt work

my zavvi has announced its closeing doors at the end of the day. will there be any bargains or wil it just get tranferred to another store???

We sent our vouchers off to E&Y the day after Boxing Day - not had a peep out of them. Not even a card acknowledging receipt of the plastic card.

We kept a copy of the letter and the receipt from the shop so have proof of purchase still.
