Kuromi, I got tickets to this too but couldn't remember what it was (I've had a long day!), I found this review helpful:

    http://www.viewlondon.co.uk/films/faintheart-film-review-24375.html

It sounds like a good, fun comedy and I'd rather watch that and have a few laughs than watch footie (which let's face it, he can watch ANYTIME?:p) Good luck!

Thanks, I wasn't too sure about the film because I couldn't find much info on it,but that review is really helpful, thanks for the link.

In a twist of fate, it turns out the match is actually tomorrow night not today! So we are going, woo hoo!

Someone that really doesn't understand the ins and outs of watching football, or any sport for that matter!

You can watch the film at the cinema or on DVD anytime you want and it will always be the same. This is the only time of his entire life he can watch that particular footy match live, without knowing what's going to happen next because it hasn't happened yet! Even taping the footy and watching it when you get home just isn't the same!

Gillez, soz didn't mean to offend! I had a feeling that might provoke a backlash from footie fans! I reckon I've got off lightly considering... ;)

I am totally disgusted with the people of Merseyside!!!!!

Just got back from the screening of Faintheart in Southport and there were 12 people there, that included myself and my Husband!!

No wonder they don't show many films in Southport, people just won't go and support the free screenings for some unknown reason.

    BUCK UP!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely gutted about Paul Walker - RIP xx

I saw Fainheart at Cineworld Wandsworth this evening and there was about 30 people in there. Madness when it's for free!

I liked the film though :D
