Congratulations Karma police! I achieved this in my 30th year too! :rolleyes:
not exactly what I wanted to achieve either but it has woken me up to try and achieve something better in my life therefore am looking for new and better work and focusing on positive things.BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0 -
As the OH of team karma police, I was pleasantly surprised just how painlessly this morning went. In some ways I wish we were both going BR, but with assets in my name that I wish to protect, that was not an option. Still as a team it's a large chunk of our debts gone, and now we can concentrate on dealing with the rest, hopefully the threat that I might follow my wife into bankruptcy might help my creditors to accept lower full and final settlements from me.0

Congratulations Karma (and OH
)
Thanks for the advice Donna - i thought that was the most sensible thing to do, but you never know
Good luck to everyone whose dates are coming up this week, there seem to be a few of us on the 9th so hopefully it will be a lucky day for us all!!!

Well, I've just printed off my three copies of the form and I'm feeling strangely excited. Have phoned the court to double check that they are still doing walk-ins as of Monday so it's a waiting game until then. Bet I'll feel different when I walk through those doors though!
Quick Q: Having printed off the forms, do I sign them now or wait until I go see the judge??

Best to sign them at court in front of the clerk when they go through your paperwork with you (you might not end up seeing a judge TBH depends on how busy they are & the courts procedures)
Good luck for mondayWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -

I signed my SOA before going to the court but left the rest until I got there
