Four days to go and I'm getting edgy now. Forms are all filled in. Just drumming my fingers now .....
 Mine was late afternoon,
Birmingham opens at 7.30 am and they said it was really busy in the morning. At least your first up. I was there that long I almost forgot why I had come.Better to be poor than a slave to wealth

My court is a bit odd, theres more security guards than punters, i phoned them to see if there's a waiting list and they said no, they said just hand the forms in and it will be a week or two after that, now thats strange. Are they gunna study my forms for 2 weeks and disect all info before making me BR? Did'nt have clue about BR Did'nt have clue about BR But learning fast:p

Sounds ok to me Mike. You really don't want the chaos I had to endure.
Walking from one office to another signing one thing then back to another office to sign another, then down the lift to another office. then back to where I started, all this with queues in every dept. Bells on the counters that didn't work and lack of staff didn't help matters.Better to be poor than a slave to wealth

Thanks for that HOOS, but the judge could be sitting there waiting for the next one to come in cos it so boring for him, and he's gone over my paperwork a hundred times, i think baybe i'll like your situation. Next one please, and stamp stamp stamp, it's all done and dusted Next one please, and stamp stamp stamp, it's all done and dusted

Yay!! Am an official member of the March club! *bounces around*
I still find it amazing at how many people are forced to turn to BR but really pleased at the same time to have the support network here.
6 days to go for me - might just ring the court to double check they're definitely accepting walk-ins as of 9th March. Don't think I can wait any longer or else I'll go mad!! BR - 9th March 2009 BR - 9th March 2009

            Hey All,
Was wondering if i could pick your brains ......
Ive completed my forms online - but they dont have my new bank details on them - opened the account after completing the forms (stupid me) do i just need to add these manually?
Also my SOA includes car savings for MOT and TAX and car insurance - now ive had to put the car as SORN because of no funds to pay for the TAX and have cancelled my insurance - im happy (and ready) for them to reposess the car. But do i need to do another SOA for the court now that this has happened?
I was thinking that i could go through and fill in the relevant amendmendts on the sheets that i have in the paper format and then add these pages to the ones that i submitted online - can i do that???
Im still really worried they will say no
Just wondering - if they do say no - what happens? im one of these people that needs to be prepared for every eventuality and i just dont want to get it totally wrong .........
Hope everyone is feeling positive today - good luck to everyone who has a court date this week, mine is the 9th and im bricking it (as you can tell)
 Puzzled
