hey All,

How is everyone doing? We are all getting close to our dates now and dont know if its just me but im panicking about everything.

Ive been sat here thinking that what if they say no, now, i have done my SOA and without debt payments that comes to £700 pm, debt payments are £720 a month and i take home £1048 ish, ive put £1070 on for an average.

Now looking at the figures, that means i am insolvent right? I earn less than i need to pay for everything. But im still sat here thinking what if they say no.

What if i get told to get on me (non existant) bike and they wont help me?

CCCS say its the right thing to do according to all the paperwork and figures, CAB say right thing to do (although that was just a brief phone call) but really, what if they say no?

Also, no bank card yet, ive got the bits for setting up online banking, well, the pin and an email, but nothing to get money out or put it in or anything.

Ok, sorry, stress kinda over, im just a bit grrrr argy at the moment.

I am doing OK really. The day does seem to be drawing nearer but due to the length between applying and actual date I have had loads of time to read up on things and even deal with DCA's . That in itself is a comfort and when the day comes no doubt I will be nervous but I will be better prepared for it thanks to this forum :T

Hi all, In a bit of a panic today! We havent signed leases on our business and I needless to say cant as we are going BR on March 6th. Problem is landlord is now demanding we sign on friday! Dont know what to do to stall him til 6th? Worried he'll turn up at shop?! Just wanna hide under my duvet!:eek:

Hey YM,

I know what you mean about the forum preparing you for everything, i have learnt so much on here it is amazing and i am so greatful!

Its very odd that you chose that particular video, i love que sera sera to the point that it has been going around in my head constantly since my seperation and for the last 4 or 5 years i have been thinking about having it tattooed some where upon my person. Watching that video has made me feel buckets better. Thank you
