March 2009 Bankruptcy Club

Well I hadn't heard from the OR for ages and ages so I sent them an email. I was a bit worried I was still being investigated or something but all is well. I am in the clear and will get my AD on March 4th.
I am still getting letters and I think phone calls (I still don't answer unless I know who it is).
One credit card company that I hadn't heard from in ages suddenly sent me a statement. I just sent back a copy of my bankrupt notice ...... AGAIN.
My investment properties were repossessed without me going to court. I just ignored all of the letters after seeking free legal advice. Hopefully that will be the end of it. They were both losing me money every month and in negative equity so no great loss. I just felt terrible for my tenants but they are all fine and were really understanding.
Have not signed anything from the mortgage companies so I am hoping they will not chase me after I am discharged.
