Thanks for your good wishes, I'm very pleased indeed and it was only simple for me as I did not have a house of my own, or a car, or indeed anything that was worth my creditors fighting over!!

As I saw the March thread was up and about thought that I would say that you will not believe it but now looking/waiting for the Nov thread!!!!
B**st**ds came back to get me!!!!!!!!
As you all know, got to court and they did not show....heard no more was told by judge it was struck out and then the same firm contacted me to say they had not received the court papers! So here we are again, they have spent twice the fees to get me back to this point...feeling stronger now as have experience as a friend (and all of your useful advice) however think that this will be it this time!!!!! so look out for me in the Nov thread...date 18th!

And to add insult to injury ex boss was made BR too and is now conning others with a new company run by some other idiot/puppet and the courts just let it happen.....tried so v hard to stop others falling foul but solicitor thinks we can do no more!BR Nov 2009 thinking about the future for the first time in 3 yrs!:j first step to moving on! plus will never ever sign anything for anyone in business ever again!0 -
