Yay!! Am an official member of the March club! *bounces around*
I still find it amazing at how many people are forced to turn to BR but really pleased at the same time to have the support network here.
6 days to go for me - might just ring the court to double check they're definitely accepting walk-ins as of 9th March. Don't think I can wait any longer or else I'll go mad!!
Hi Tiggypig - Im going br on 9th March too and mines a walk in job - I think I will probably walk into a pub after its done also:) Good luck:):j Goodbye debt - Hello sanity! :j0 -

Was wondering if i could pick your brains ......
Ive completed my forms online - but they dont have my new bank details on them - opened the account after completing the forms (stupid me) do i just need to add these manually? - yes just write the details on.
Also my SOA includes car savings for MOT and TAX and car insurance - now ive had to put the car as SORN because of no funds to pay for the TAX and have cancelled my insurance - im happy (and ready) for them to reposess the car. But do i need to do another SOA for the court now that this has happened? - just add an extra note on the last page of the forms as there should be extra space at the end for any amendments. I would just list at the end the things that have changed.
I was thinking that i could go through and fill in the relevant amendmendts on the sheets that i have in the paper format and then add these pages to the ones that i submitted online - can i do that??? - yes just add any other information on another sheet and tack it on at the end. make sure that the BR clerk can see there is additional information written on the forms.
Im still really worried they will say no

- very unlikely, please do not worry.
Just wondering - if they do say no - what happens? im one of these people that needs to be prepared for every eventuality and i just dont want to get it totally wrong ......... - in the unlikely event they did say no - you would just need to either get some more professional advice about BR or prove that you are actually insolvent - then rearrange another court date. But they will not say no.
Hope everyone is feeling positive today - good luck to everyone who has a court date this week, mine is the 9th and im bricking it (as you can tell)

Hi, all done and dusted. Arrived at court for 9.15, went through the papers and paid my money, swore on the bible and then taken to see the judge. Had other half and daughter with me, they were all very nice even had toys for little one to play with whilst waiting. Had to wait about 45 mins to see the judge, we all went in. He just asked if I was working and was I getting hassle from my creditors? (:rotfl:) He signed and at 10.04 am on 4th March I became 53 of 2009. It is not one of my goals that I set out to achieve but it is an achievement in my 30th year!
Glad it is all over, just got to wait to hear from my OR in the next couple of days.
Thanks to all on here for the advice that has been posted and the many threads that I have read helping me.
