Hi,
I see the home page is saying problems with sale and cannot offer at the moment etc. I can access my basket but everything showing at full price, is that the problem?. My daughter thought the prices would change at checkout but don;t really want to risk it.
Like a lot of other people been trying since this morning but one problem after another. Had to go to a funeral mid morning and it's also my birthday today so going out for a meal later( bit of a mixed day today) and probably won't bother when we get back.

Hi, I have been abit of a lurker on here and after reading about the 75% off sale I took my self of to MRB's this morning, got there at 8.15am and was 1st in the Q, doors opend at 8.30am and of I went with my trolly, filled it up with loads of goodies and had to get a cab home! total spend £144 and a saving off £432:j :j :j, I then seemed to turn in to a possessed woman and have just ordered some more on-line, but got a shock when payment was accepted, it was showing full price:eek:, called CS and they said when it gets deliverd to call them and they will refund the 75%, so anyone else the has had that just give CS a call and they will help you. A BIG heads up to this thread. :beer: I will post my booty (get it, boots, buys) later or tomorrow, because the kids are waiting for their diner.

Hope so hun, its only a few little bits that I had to order on my nans account cos couldnt get on mine which meant I couldnt get coin sorter etc as it wasnt in faves, I put order through at 3:56 though and it is stuff that is still in stock (or so .com says) Front Cover Rainbow Pallette, Charles worthington dream hair bag, St Tropez Set, Bobby pin eyeshadow set.

I gave up on the website after 2 hours of trying to checkout! Went to Birmingham High Street for 8am (opens at 7.30) and was brisk but not to busy at first then went a bit mad. Got Most of what I wanted though and even saw someone buying - 2 of the metal trolleys that the sa's bring the stock out on - FULL OF SALE ITEMS! They must have bought at least 100 things. It seemed like they had just bought the trolley out to stock some shelves and she must have said I will have all of these! What the hell wound you do with all them items - unless you have a shop and are going to sell them!

I understand why they are doing this, because this is all they have to go on I suppose. But in reality what about all those who were 'hardcore' and were attempting to place orders non-stop for hours. I sat up all night and didn't get my order through until gone 1pm (the only time I stopped trying was when the site was down).

I'm not going to get upset if I don't get what I ordered (and I had order confirmation and my card has already been debited) - I just feel for all those others who, like me, were hardcore and couldn't place an order for love nor money:rolleyes:
