i do hope you get what you want but when you can call cs again. they told me this morning (i had been trying since pre birdsong) and crashing at last minutes when placing order. i called cs to see when would be running again and told an order had gone through to be with me monday. something wasnt right and i called again only to be told very nicely that the transaction wasnt completed hence no confirmation email but did get a ref number and date etc. i called just after 12 this afternoon and the woman put through my small order for me (i love that woman!) and i now have the confirmation email. if in doubt call them and ask them to check as even when i called the 2nd time she said it was fine then said to hold on, then spotted the error. im just keeping my fingers crossed that my stuff for the little 'un does come through !

Did your order ever show in you online order history? The site crashed when I hit "submit" on the final step of payment, but I assumed (hoped, really) all was well as when I went back on it showed in my order history. BUT I never got a confirmation email?! Should I assume all is well since it was in my order history and showed my items and total and expected delivery date?

Just a little warning: my order went pear-shaped when I got to the page where you have to put your barclays/natwest/etc card password in. However, order had actually gone through even though I didn't get to the confirmation page. I was in process of doing order again from scratch when I checked 'my orders' and it was there.

IS there a load of new S and G products available online or have I just never noticed before. Face serum and things in white packagin x

Yes there is. I'm sure it's been out for a while and it's not kept instore with the usual S&G stuff but near the premium beauty sections. I think it's a range for 'mature skin', don't know if anyone else can verify that?

Despite being up at 6am, i didn't even bother to look at the website until about 10am. After spending an hour trying to buy everything i saw, the site crashed.

I then went to Huddersfield, but there was hardly anything there. I did spend my £130 points, but ended up just buying for the sake of it. I won't need to buy presents ever again.

I must admit i did not take the '75%' off serious. But some of the offers were great.

I won't underestimate your advice in future. I'll be ready. :D

Blinkie derived because they used to be pink and called a pinky then the next vouchers were blue so were blueys these are a blue version of the pinkies so are blinkies x
