I'm also jealous of anyone who went to the Llanishen store today and no doubt got St Tropez and P&P set as they had loads before I came back to uni :mad:

I placed an order at 4am this morning with paypal and it is showing as a pending deduction on my paypal account. Have you got nothing at all showing on your paypal account??

Those who have placed orders...if you did not get confirmation email you will not get your order, so check your email

If you did get a confirmation email it does not mean you will get items as most are showing as pending on the system

Those who did get confirmation emails x 30 or whatever, you may be BILLED for these, but they will need to work through them manually and there is NO NEED TO CALL CS and also they can not cope with the call volume, but they are fixing this

Those who did not get confirmation emails, your order will be 'pending' and you will not get that order

If anyone gets an attempted delivery when you have already had your order, DO NOT ACCEPT it. If you do they can not pick it up and you will need yo return to store or post office, so REFUSE DELIVERY

Sale suspended as the system says the have a certain amount of stock (lots showing up in minus amounts though) and infact they do not, sale may come back on or it may be shipped to store

All will not be sorted in hours, looking at days as it is a ABSOLUTE B*LLS UP!

Like I said, wanted to pass on as CS are not being direct with people apparently!

Hope everyone had a gorgeous day bounding around their store picking up all and sundry.

Hit the Huddersfield store first thing morning. What a waste of time. There were very few shelves filled. Managed to pick up 2 x set of mini ladies perfumes. Don't know why I got them, just thought I had to pick something up. Saw loads of those PURPLE L'OREAL GWP'S that are scanning for free downstairs near the NO 7 counter. I mean LOADS! Tried my luck with a meal deal and stuff. SA put it through, put it in the bag, and then the troll got it out again and explained the offer to me. I was like shove it up your *** love! Give it a go, they might let you have it.

Dewsbury store was packed. All the SOAP AND GLORY dodgy glove sets had gone. Some colleagues got the ST TROPEZ thing which is meant to be really expensive or something? I picked up some HACKETT gift sets and some GILLETTE things and RUBY AND MILLIE BRIGHT EYES. Still have over £90 worth of points. Getting a bit confused with it all now. Boohiss.

They are clearing out the NO 7/HYDRO QUENCH stuff as the packaging is changing. I was told by an SA at my local.

Anyway, good luck to everyone else and hope you get lots of what you want.
