Hooray! Just managed to order Baby Chou Chou, phones Boots instead after 2 hours online & no joy! , It took 35 mins to get order to go through but at least I will have one happy daughter! I Sent her off to school in tears........felt terrible! The lovely guy on the phone said that the stores were having problems with the 75% discount! Has anyone found this instore?

I'm so happy for you! I too was in tears reading your first post, and feel so sorry for all of you guys who've had no success online, and don't live near big stores, or can easily get to them.

I know my sympathy doesn't help, but I do feel for you all. Just glad Debs, that your little girl is now happy!

Well after being up since 3am and having 2 orders confirmed & a third done by telephone re CS things seemed to be going well, made an early stop at my local branch and got a few bits & pieces - nothing too exciting no S & G
but then wait for it............................. While on hold to CS (while at work ) they put me on hold for ages so I put them on monitor & tried to do a few things including opening a door ( not very exciting I hear you say ) and got my fingers jammed, spend all day in A & E and have 3 yes 3 breaks in my fingers .... are you sure today isn't the 13th ????
Ah well on the bright side I will be off for 2 weeks so can pick up a few bits and pieces:mad: :rotfl: :T :j all in the one day

I was so disapointed when I finally got to log in and it had all gone upto full price. Most of the stuff I wanted is sold out but the bits and pieces at 75% off will do nicel. Hopefuly we'll get our bargains soon dearies xx

Ive now got 4x 250 points spare that i wont use so happy to swap for a blinkie (2x250 points per 1 blinkie) pm me

hi all, just read th elast few posts, they haven't really stopped the sale??? that is th emost ridiculous thing i have ever heard!

on a different topic, i have just been to fort kinnaird near edinburgh, i didn't go for th esale as I quite correctly guessed that most stuff would be sold anyway but near the cjeckout there was a row of these

, hubby uses these razor blades and they cost a fortune but this gift bag was reduced to £1.63!!! I bought four of them but there are a couple left still and you might want to look out for them in your own store too.

Phone up customer services... I got charged 50% on 2 toys which showed as 75% when they went into my basket... called Cs & they will refund the 25% difference so they are trying to keep customers happy even if there website is pants
