The website will stay at full price until they have sorted it out and nobody knows when that will be.
If you put your order through at full price it will not be honoured.
If you have an order that shows as pending in your account it has not gone through and no payment has been made. It will need to be reordered at a later date and the order number will be cancelled.
The reason that items are missing from your basket is that some lucky people have managed to place an order during the day.

I've been trying to place another order since late morning - just thankful I managed to get an order through in the early hours, thanks to my littlun being ill in the night! Unfortunately that meant I couldn't get to a store today, and he's still no better so no store for me tomorrow either, and I'm busy Friday...... Wonder if there'll be anything at all left Saturday....0 -

Apologies for quoting myself, but DH just pointed out that as I paid for next day delivery that is probably why they have already debited my card.
I have just checked my order status online and it showing as
Order status: Your order is being processed
It is still showing expected delivery date of tomorrow, so will have to wait and see but to be honest I am not holding my breath. Does anyone else have order being processed showing?

I received a confirmation order for my order placed at 3.24am and my online account says 'order received' although my debit card is showing as 'not charged' yet. Does anyone know if I will be lucky enough to receive my order or not? Many thanks for any helpful repliesStacyl1977:EasterBun0

250 voucher 3176 supposedly can't be used on reduced items, some SAs will add the points some won't. You can use the blinkie on reduced items. So yes can get 250 points and use blinkie SA dependant. If one won't add the points you can always try another SA.
