The website will stay at full price until they have sorted it out and nobody knows when that will be.
If you put your order through at full price it will not be honoured.
If you have an order that shows as pending in your account it has not gone through and no payment has been made. It will need to be reordered at a later date and the order number will be cancelled.
The reason that items are missing from your basket is that some lucky people have managed to place an order during the day.

My 2 and a half year old daughter is very upset after leaving her favourite toy on a bus.
I am trying to track down an identical toy and would like to enlist your help.
I bought it in a gift set at Easter in Boots.
It was an Easter egg hunt set.There was a dark wicker basket with a handle,the basket was about a foot long,it had 4 small signs that said "The Easter Bunny Went This Way".
A few small foil-covered eggs and
A light brown cloth bunny toy about 7 inches high..which is very much missed by my little girl.
If anyone has one of these bunny rabbits,I would buy it from you,hell,I would walk over broken glass to replace it.
If anyone has one of these,or knows where i could get one,please,please let me know0 -
l just rang cs too, and was told the sale has been removed and they have no idea of whether it is even gonna be put back online again!!!!!
she also said if you try to place any order NOW you will be charged FULL PRICE!
and all those pending orders will also go through full price....so best to leave it.
HOWEVER she did guarantee that those whose orders have gone through will almost definately recieve them and the reason emails have not been sent out is because of all the problems they have had....(typical)
l was trying to bargain with her about a price of a toy that has gone through at 50% she gave me the same old "UP TO 75%" meaning badluck........:(:T LLB HONS :T

I was debating this, I thought if I ordered at full price & paid it, return it to store (it says on the website this can be done) & to get a refund of the difference because the tills will come up at the reduced priceGive a person a fish and you feed them for a day; teach that person touse the Internet and they won't bother you for weeks.:D0 -

Apologies for quoting myself, but DH just pointed out that as I paid for next day delivery that is probably why they have already debited my card.
I have just checked my order status online and it showing as
Order status: Your order is being processed
It is still showing expected delivery date of tomorrow, so will have to wait and see but to be honest I am not holding my breath. Does anyone else have order being processed showing?
Me, on 2 orders the 1st she manually processed as had crashed at checkout and the 2nd showing the same (did say previously we have received your order) which crashed at checkout bit when checked orders it was there.Bit of a Florida Fan :j

I rang them about mine so perhaps you should do the same so as to be sure but it usually says processed when it has gone through ok.
I believe that they take the money when the order is being dispatched, or that is what happens with Paypal.0
