Its over the size/weight for royal mail standard parcel...and parcelforce is over £20 also (can't remember exact ammount)

Hey all

I want to buy some Samsung x230 speakers on eBay but the seller is only offering pickup (meaning there's absolutely no competition for them and I smell a bargain!).

I've suggested to the seller that I arrange a courier service, and if they agree, what would be the cheapest? I estimate the package will be 6kg, 40x25x20cm.

The cheapest I've been able to find so far is £6.90 from Parcel Monkey - does anyone know of anywhere cheaper?

Wondered if anyone was able to give me any advice as to the best/cheapest international delivery service or should I just stick to Parcelforce? Are they the most reliable?

They've quoted me £71 to send an 11 kg parcel to Spain size 100 x 30 x 30 cm. Does that sound reasonable?

Any pointers in a different direction would be welcome.

http://www.parcel2ship.co.uk want £39.95 to send with Parcelforce or DHL. Used them loads of times without problem.

Do you trust the seller to package them well enough that they are not damaged?

I have been using Fast Lane International for my parcel deliveries, which have been delivered quickly.

collectmyparcel.com are showing as £29.47 with DHL. You have to register for free to get a 5% discount though.
