Does anyone know of any cheap delivery services where I can drop my parcel off instead of waiting around at home for the collection van to come?

I've booked several times with collectmyparcel.com and e-mailed them afterwards asking if I can drop it off at my local DHL depot. They've then text me within minutes the reference number so I can drop if off. Worked perfectly everytime. Without the reference number though the DHL depot won't take it.

    Hope this helps.

    Are they on a pallet?

The bit that's going to cost you is the loading and unloading, partic if it's 300 individual bricks.

Also, Isle of Man - I hate to say it but you're basically stuffed. The Isle of Man ferry is phenominally expensive, which means that you're only real chance is to get one of the Isle of Man delivery companies on a return trip. Start with the Isle of Man haulage companies.

Even if they're on a pallet, the Isle of Man is still priced as UK offshore.

Either way, it ain't going to be cheap.

    Sorry.

    Sorry.

Best quote so far is £85. Waiting for a couple more to get back to me. Price based on pallet. 300 bricks is almost a full pallet.

EDIT- got a quote of £50

    That's a pretty good price.
  • Is collectmyparcel.com any good as a courier? I might need to send my previously mentioned alloy wheels and they quote a good price.
