Just booked 3 parcels from lowcostparceldelivery service. Got small problem but resolved quickly and friendly!
Reason of problem: They got technical issues with sending emails that cost longer time than normal and emails failed delivery to my email box.
But during the resolve period they provided the good telephone service, friendly explain the problem caused. and fixed all the prblem that we met.
At the end of the problem resolved by lowcostparceldelivery!
That's the turth of my story!!!!!
P.S: Doing my apologise for lowcostparceldelivery for the trouble caused.
Suggest to lowcostparceldelivery work with email system to aviod this problem happened again. Best way provide some other contact method for aviod the problem. Skype may be helpful free and widely used.
Will use your service everyday. Thanks for super low cost service provided!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yours faithfully
Jane

Thought I'd book another one with Low Con Parcel Delivery. Basically trying to find out whose DHL account they're using now. £7.50 for DHL48 service.
Guess who's been to collect today??? - FedEx!
The driver said, he's got no paperwork as it's only just be phoned through.
So now the parcel has gone with no paperwork.
I've asked Low Con Parcel Delivery what's going on but had no reply and that's in the last 3-4 hours. So not exactly quick to resolve diddley squat for me.

If anyone has had a parcel booking though Low Cost Parcel Delivery collected by DHL I'd love to know who's account they're using.
I've used a courier agent previously who used to chop and change the couriers they used until they finally dissapeared. My theory is that they build up the debts with each courier until they go bust.0 -
While I am here I would love to recommend Independent logistics - fantastic and cheap for heavy items. Specialists in furniture delivery. Look no further:

P.s - I am nothing to do with them other than being a very satisfied customer.0 -
Anyone know of any cheap rates for 0.5kg (a mobile phone without SIM card) to mainland China? I used Interparcel last August to sent a letter to China, it went alright. But since I have seen so many negative feedbacks about this company. Therefore, I was wondering whether you could recommend any reliable companies?
Any advice you could offer will be much apprecaited. :beer:0 -

Can set up daily pick up accounts with UPS. Rates can match if not beat SaleTrack.
Bookings are done online direct with UPS.
Email Express Packages for more details.
Ideal for 8+ a day.
FreightSearch
Seemingly now have the lowest import rates of any of the agents. All built in to their online system where you can select from over 200 countries to import from.
Great if you've got personal possessions to move around, and if you need to bring in samples from foreign manufactures (though the trick is to get them to pay!)
Sale Track Parcels
Will be launching Europe and International parcel services in the summer, and I have been assured their rates will be rock bottom.
This will all run off a new purpose built SaleTrack interface.
Interparcel
They are now offering FedEx UK services at fairly good rates. Though how many repeat customers they'll get I don't know, as FedEx UK is pants. Also interesting how FedEx have allowed them to resell, when my FedEx rep categorically said they are phasing out all resellers.
General Observations from me....
Parcel volume as dropped of a cliff it seems. Most of our DHL parcels on 48hr are delivered before 2pm next day, our Parcelforce driver is finished by late lunch and even with UPS letting Express offer some cracking rates through sub accounts speaks for it self.
Are FedEx really that bad? Hmmm, I was considering giving them a go on Tues.
Who else can I get a cheap next day delivery from (I normally send DHL@home 48 but this one needs to get there Weds). Although I am a bit of a DHL fan (the driver broke down here for several hours so I know his life story lol) their "24hr" service seems to really be "1-2 days". I see Express Packages have a DPD 24hr for £9.99. Anyone used? Any good? They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

DHL48 is as good damn it DHL24 (unlike PF24 and PF48).
Express Packages are very good. DPD likewise.0 -
Well I have booked it with Express Packages so I'll see what they are like. Fingers crossed.
(Armitage - or anyone else who has used them - there weren't any labels to print off and attach to the parcel - how does the paperwork work with these guys? Can I just leave the parcel on doorstep for collection like I do with DHL guy? Will they leave me a copy of the paperwork / tracking #?)They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0
