Cheap Parcel Delivery Thread Mk4

^how come you are still using saletrack if they are so bad?
We've sent 300+ this month without a single hick-up. Quickest booking and easiest dispatch list, when you've got volume these things are absolutely imperative.0 -
i use parcelforce for most of my deliveries now. and so far no problems at all, the delivery guy speaks english, i can select a time, and i actually find the booking process more user friendly.
i've decided to still use my 2nd salecr** account as its registered to a different address where i occasionally need items picked up, and parcelforce would charge me extra for an "away" collection.
plus i just enjoy the thrill of not knowing if my collection has been booked! not every day though, once a week or so is more than enough excitement.:grouphug:
no wonder he has a smile on his face...0 -
Apart from the contact form is there anyway of contacting Pay Per Parcel? My parcel hasn't been picked up and they've not responded to my emails.
Also is this just bad luck or typical of this company?:j Go on, shake your money maker! :j0 -
^Bad luck I would say.0

Maybe it is bad luck but I think the not replying to emails sent via their own contact form is very unprofessional and has put me off ever using them again.:j Go on, shake your money maker! :j0

Any suggestions please for sending multiple (say 3 or 4) parcels to same address - DHL obviously don't want to deal with relatively small users (spending £150 or so a month) and have whacked up their price from £7.50 for the 1st up to 32kg parcel to £12.50 plus they don't appear to want to tell me their charge for subsequent parcels (was £2.15). I'd also like to hear if any other small business users have been hit with similar increases.0

Readyparcels don't discount for multiple parcels but they do have an offer on of a 10% rebate on their rates if you send more than 20 parcels a month - this makes it 5.99+VAT per parcel. Is that any good?0
