Strange how the someone called "navramirez" that uses Parcel Monkey a lot is also the same name as their Managing Director? See http://www.parcelmonkey.co.uk/professional-courier-company

    Is this Spamming?

    YES IT IS.

Parcel Monkey posted three posts last week stating how great they were, and then were kicked off this site,

they claim the lowest 24hr delivery charges but this is so not true.

in my opinion parcel monkey are a bunch of monkeys

    Hi
I sent a Laptop through DHL (Booked via freightsearch.com) on next day del. to London on Thursday, Never delivered on Friday, so had a look on website for tracking, very confusing, its being delivered several times, then picked up several times, and it was in Germany, Teeside, Manchester, Gatwick, Heathrow, Birmingham, Ipswich, .......
So just was on the phone to DHL CS and was told that there are 21 parcels under same way bill.
I am praying, as I sent the receipt with it.
Hopefully it turns up there on monday.:eek:

    Hi

After using collectmyparcel.com for ages (no problems at all DHL 48 at £8.75). I thought I'd give Low Cost Parcel Delivery a go at £7.00 for the same service.

    What a mistake!

The worst website I've ever seen, I dreaded each step. No confirmation e-mail saying I'd booked or anything. Just a PayPal e-mail at the end.

About 10 minutes later I got an e-mail saying I'd been "upgraded" to a Parcel Force 24 service (which they advertise at £11.99).

I e-mailed them saying please cancel my order as I don't want Parcel Force as the DHL driver that always collects is really nice.

I was told that I wouldn't be refunded until Parcel Force has attempted to collect and failed!

Sod that - PayPal dispute open to get my money back (still waiting for the refund)

Parcel booked with collectmyparcel.com - safe as always

Just been informed they can't book with DHL at present as there is a problem with their "IT Systems" and DHLs.

Ha ha bonk (sorry just laughing my head off).

    Hi

I think what people want is set pricing, like anything upto 30Kg., not different price brackets. I buy the DHL service of which virtually everything gets delivered next day for £8.75 regardless of weight (up to 30kg) with collectmyparcel.com

I think people also want to know who is carrying their parcel, especially with this new £6 service you mention.

    Just my thoughts.

    Hi again

    Parcel Monkey - Next Day £ 27.61 (for 60cm x 60cm x 60cm, 30kg)
    collectmyparcel.com - Next Day £12.55
    (for 60cm x 60cm x 60cm, 30kg)

    Parcel Monkey - Next Day by 12 £ 36.87 (for 60cm x 60cm x 60cm, 30kg)
    collectmyparcel.com - Next Day 12 £15.85
    (for 60cm x 60cm x 60cm, 30kg)

Why does he think it's cheap?

    Hi,

I have been using DHL for a while now (through payperparcel) but i have been getting a few customers coming back to me saying that their items are damaged ,i make pet housing and as far as i am concerned they are boxed up the best they can be but im getting customers coming back saying that there are foot prints on the top of the box etc! this is even though i put "fragile " on every parcel (or does this make someone think ,ill see how fragile this really is ??) any advice would be great ,as in are DHL known for bad parcel care ??

    Thanks
