DHL didn't turn up yesterday. Parcel machine close before DHL cut off time. Parcel machine insist you email them. I emailed at 5.31pm. They promise a 6hr turn around on emails, but with a 12pm cut off for booking deliveries, that doesn't guarentee they chase my collection if parcel machine open at 9am.
Any positive experiences to reassure?
To update: As I hadn't heard from Parcel machine by 10.00am, I booked another courier and asked parcel machine to cancel
They then responded to first email saying they had automatically rebooked DHL after failed collection, or to email and cancel if that was what was wanted
I replied restating "please don't rebook and issue a refund" as their 1st email offered one.
DHL turned up to collect the parcel as per re-booking-I turned them away
Parcel machine today refunded my failed collection charge in full :TWho made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Just tried out a new service at readyparcels.com
Fast and efficient, really easy to use online & great prices.
Big discounts if you send stuff regularly - well worth a look for eBay Power Sellers as it's fully integrated with eBay.

In my experience that often means they couldn't be bothered to call you back. I've had the same problem with freightsearch. They can't even call you back when you actually speak to a receptionist, and they are supposed to pass the message on.
Send them a reply saying 'If you can't be bothered to return my calls I will go elswhere'.0 -
Isn't it funny how all these new members suddenly appear, and recommend a business :rotfl::rotfl:
Last night there were three posts on here from a member with parcelmonkey in their name. Looks like they have been deleted now.0 -
sorry, that message is on the label printing page of the website.
so even less reason than normal to know whether your collection has actually been booked.
