Cheap Parcel Delivery Thread Mk4

I think the phone number for Nantgarw is 08704444821. You will have to contact Interparcel & ask them to rebook it. Don't tell them DHL left a calling card otherwise you may have to pay again.
A lesson to be learnt is don't listen to DHL national customer service as they don't have any idea what's going on. DHL don't give out depot phone numbers because they don't want the general public speaking to untrained staff. Ignore this & ALWAYS contact the local depot. I think the phone numbers are listed on this forum somewhere.0 -
rgards quidco is the 5 % knock off the bill at interparcel each time or is it sent back to quidco0

Interesting pricing developments. Everyone appears to be clamouring to stop interparcel running away with the market. Having eventually putting their DHL rates up to £7.99, they then go and offer UPS for £6.99+. This I suspect has really ruffled some feathers amongst everyone else and also DHL them selves. In response p4d, shipmanager, payperparcel and p2go (who seem to change their price every day) have all dropped their prices by around £1 to similar levels. With payperparcel just coming in the cheapest at £6.95+vat
On the face of it this is excellent news, however how long this can be sustained I don't know. I suspect the DHL account managers must be pretty busy.....0 -

What do you think is the reason? Do you think DHL dropped their prices as well?0 -

DHL increased prices when the demand was high just before christmas to maximise profits & then reduce prices in January when demand is low. I don't think Interparcel offering UPS at £6.99 is a cause as it's just a marketing ploy that won't last long.0 -
have tried booking with interparcel for the ups service, it wont let me book and comes up with the following , does this mean they dont collect from my area
"Sorry, no Interparcel Economy collection slots have been found for postcode ln*
Please verify you have entered your collection postcode correctly, or choose an alternative service."0 -
Well i'd like to start this new thread with some good news..... i have just received a full refund from Direct parcel distribution, who sadly have disapeared very abruptly. i think its just taking them time to sort out our refunds as i can imagine there are many
many thanks
I still have a Paypal claim which they haven't even bothered to respond to, let alone made a refund. Even if it is taking time to refund, their complete lack of response over the last two weeks doesn't bode well.
Armitage, If you've heard nothing more from them, I think you need to get your red pen ready0 -
