Olive Oyls 12-month Countdown
Comments
-
As a recap of things that I was supposed to achieve by tonight:
- paint cupboard doors in bathroom - not done - but Popeye is going to do the hall skirting when he's home, so it is only a little bit more
- lose weight - total of 6lbs in 6 weeks - but a size smaller
- decorate DS2's room -done; but it is complete carp and I'm hoping the furniture has covered the worst of it - Popeye may wonder why the furniture is so weirdly arranged.....
- get the garden under control - well I've built a raised bed......and planned lots
- sell the piano - sort of, she phoned tonight and wants to collect it (& pay) in a months time.....

And after 16 years does it still resonate? There are people I still miss from years back.
Not that I want to be maudlin today, because I've left Popeye tucked up in bed
Got into work 35 mins late, (I start at 9, the rest at 10) and was only just ahead of the next arrival. So I have avoided any smutty remarks - until I got on here :rotfl:
I don't care :happylove0 -

:rotfl: :rotfl: Nope, he had that one 16 years ago;)
He has had slow flow probs, so neck of bladder been widened. Now he is easy flow Joe:o
He has not been ill with it, just worried and his op was really good as in quick recovery and he was home after a couple of days..just to take it easy now. Which he does:cool: I thought he nearly strained himself... having to lift a cup to his mouth and use the remote for switching telly channels over..bless.I did draw the line at cutting his meat for him.
Glad Popeye is back Olive, hope the list of jobs not too daunting for him and i am sure you will make good use of the weekend away from the forums.:D As in digging, painting, shed fixing, veg planting............
just me then?:rotfl: :rotfl:Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
