Yeah I think you should use some of the money to pay some of the OD off now and have a bit in reserve. Gives you a chance later as well hopefully to pay more off should you not need the reserve.

It does look that way - he's said evenings are his time with Bean when I'm on mat leave so I can train/pamper/chill

Having a few runs fairly local does make things easier. If I'm on track I might squeeze in the race for life this year too. D'ya think you'll manage on of the Glasgow runs this year?

    Hellooooooooooooooooooooooo everyone :grouphug:

Who has broken their new year's resolutions already then?!

I am going cold turkey with chocolate when we have depleted what's leftover - not much really and will be glad when it's gone! Except for these little handmade chocolate pigs we have, I could eat those all day...

Daphneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :grouphug: Where've you been? We were about to send out an MSE search party:p Has Elliot's cough cleared any?

I'm cheering on Red Squirrel in Edinburgh marathon in may... along with Hypno, Cnoelj and Pania (i think it is those guys? correct me if i'm wrong squizzer!)

I dunno if i will manage a Glasgow race, my plans are...

Balmoral Road Race 5 or 10k - April (I'll probably do the 5k version, rather than 10k, runchum rachel is doing 10k)
Aberdeen city Baker Hughes 10k - may
    Leeds 10k - june
    Moray 10k - Aug/sept

plus a wee RFL as well, but will probably be Aberdeen i guess...

i might come join you for a glasgow RFL 5k as well... never say never! trouble is, i'd slow you down!

I think the Glasgow one is usually in July so you'll be fighting fit after Leeds and it'll be a good interim for Moray:D

Plus we could have a (mini) Glasgow meet after to recuperate...

Registration for the Manchester 10k run opens tomorrow so I'm registering to do that with my mate. Did it last year and had a great time so can't wait to do it again!
