says I can not rename as being used by another person or program. Yet nothing is showing???

run msconfig

click on the startup tab as highlighted , then click on disable all

then click on Apply button and it will ask to restart

restart , then try again with the rename

to go back to before the infection started

then download mbam again , and scan the pc

Did the disable thing in safemode

it then allowed me to change name.

I now click on ico on desktop and it brings up a window headed vbAccelerator grid ii control

in that window is a yellow ! and the words run time error '0' and then a ok box

when I click ok it brings up another small window headed malwarebytes anti malware

This says run time error 440, Automation error.

Tried and tried but it will not go further that confirm restore point selection.

I am clicking next and nothing happens not even an egg timer.

right its installed

superspy still not allowed and still nothing when I click on malware.

Any other suggestion apart from throwing it out of a window?
