Have just checked my husbands account as weren't sure whether we'd be entitled or not and we have recieved a payment but no letter either (DN6 area)0

well every single person i know who is entitled received a letter in december and then their payments where due from then on,normally they were making payments from weeks previous! which is no bloody good really is it? if your cold now-you need the money now,not 3 weeks later.
Ive been watchin a lot about it on tv today and it says on a lot of channels that because its sooooo cold there maying the payments faster,so maybe your letter will arrive later?....
On another note my original letter did arrive two days AFTER my first payment,so no doubt you will get oneHaving a coke with youis even more fun than going to San Sebastian, Irun, Hendaye, Biarritz, Bayonne
or being sick to my stomach on the Travesera de Gracia in Barcelona0 -
I've just checked with my sister and she hasn't had a letter either and she is 100% eligible (well her husband and dd are) she's had CWP in the past. Letters get lost in the post or never even sent at all. It's like the letters about the child benefits increase, most people got them but some didn't, another of my sisters didn't get a letter, I know because she asked me how much it was going up by as her monthly payment went into the the bank yesterday and it wasn't what she was expecting.Damzel_In_Distress wrote: »well every single person i know who is entitled received a letter in december and then their payments where due from then on,normally they were making payments from weeks previous! which is no bloody good really is it? if your cold now-you need the money now,not 3 weeks later.

No letter for me either and payment in bank but looking at the list it shows bingley station as having had two triggers so Im not to sure when these where - very confusing but never mind a boost for the heating costs all the same - BGas here you go fill ur boots.Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives.:j0
