So a "Normal" OAP who got the £250 plus the £60 but is not on pension credit, will not get the cold weather payments? Explain?

I am in SY17 and have received 1 payment into bank this morning. Apparantly my area's been triggered twice so hopefully will get another payment.

I know the dates in which it must be cold are from 1 November to 31 March so why they would say October I have no idea  mine has been triggered three times I have received one payment and have been told a further payment is being made, what I have noticed though on the website that gives trigger information it does not say when the triggers are for, I am wondering if they include Jan - March 08 as I am almost sure I received an £8.50 payment during that time and if this was the case one of the triggers in my area (3) would have been for then.

no the triggers are for this goverment year..not jan to march 08..but anything from november 08 to whenever it ends this year (ive forgotton when!)

so the three triggers we both have...are from this years cold weather things ma jig!! lol (its early and its about the most sence i can manage to make being this cold lol)
