If you contact your local BDC (Benefit Delivery Centre) they should be able to help. The number should be on any letters you have from them.

my husband and i work and are on tax credit and struggling with 3 kids and we dont get any fuel payments, just be grateful that you get it.
at the moment where i live it is minus 9!!!!!!
I am extremely grateful for the payment especially as we're currently spending a fortune on trying to keep my husband warm. If it was just me living here it would be alright I can cope with the cold but my disabled, very ill husband can't. When he's at hospital 3 times a week having dialysis to stay alive I don't have the heating on at home, I just wear extra jumpers. The cold is just uncomfortable and unpleasant for some (like me) but extremely dangerous for others, that's why there is a cold weather payment.

    Currently -7 here.

  • hi,im im under the woodford weather station and according to the information ive got its been triggered THREE 3 ! times this year..i did recieve a payment in december, apparently from the previous october, which made no sence to me at all! ...the thing is at the moment its soo cold and my son is only two and i feel so dreadful that ive literally run out of money to put on the meter!..ive spent £30 on it this week and i just dont have anything left!...ive checked my account everyday and called them, and they say NO payments are due??! but the weather station is saying its been triggered 3 times.
Im rather confused to say the least and well bloody freezing..my hands and feet (and my nose!) are all numb. =(
    Having a coke with you
is even more fun than going to San Sebastian, Irun, Hendaye, Biarritz, Bayonne
or being sick to my stomach on the Travesera de Gracia in Barcelona

I know the dates in which it must be cold are from 1 November to 31 March so why they would say October I have no idea  mine has been triggered three times I have received one payment and have been told a further payment is being made, what I have noticed though on the website that gives trigger information it does not say when the triggers are for, I am wondering if they include Jan - March 08 as I am almost sure I received an £8.50 payment during that time and if this was the case one of the triggers in my area (3) would have been for then.
