  • awh ella thats not fair - I hope you stuck to your guns and they are going to sort it out. hope LO is better now!
    toots xx

hope you get the beauty stuff sorted Ella and that baby is better

Thanks toots & toochoosey, Natasha (my baby) is fine now, she had a little bit of a rash this morning, so i went over to one of the neighbours who is a paramedic, and he had a look at her, we think it was just a heat or a prickly rash as its faded now and she seems fine but it doesnt stop you panicking :D

Honestly, I felt like a criminal sitting for almost an hour while they faffed on about this voucher - to be honest i dont really want to go back there for anything done after today so im going to push for a full refund (it was £70's worth of stuff). Have been looking up Money Claim Online just incase they dont play ball, the manager should of rang back today but never did.......

Right, off to try and sqeeze some cleaning out of myself lol
 I love my gorgeous little girl

    Johanne fingers crossed here
Mudbath however wrong it seems to hope there is something wrong, I hope it's a polyp
Rach yes, not that I get on it much as DS2 loves it!!!
ella stick to your guns, because of the embarrassment cause I would think this would be sufficient reason to request a refund personally. They should honour it anyway, give Consumer Direct a call if you get stuck.
Soappie, if he was in uniform possibly, as you would if in uniform salute someone higher rank to yourself, as a friendly gesture to someone out of uniform probably hello in return would have done. If at work and it's what you usually refer to him as, I would imagine that would have been fine. IIRC anyone over WO title was Sir/Ma'am when I was in the cadets but I don't there is hard/fast rules about what is expected of civis when it comes to addressing officers. I remember this rule of if you seen someone and didn't know what rank they were, avoid speaking to them, run away, as the risk of embarrassment was too high......
AnW'sMum that looks great! Oh and wohooo :D new trainers, no more flapping :D
ella that's their fault not yours, if in doubt contact consumer direct

Been in contact with the rescue, going to meet up and discuss possible fostering futher next week. Trying to get in touch with DS1s taxi, see if I can find out if I need to take him again tomorrow, so far they 'think' transport is sorted, erm, I'll have to have him ready so can I please have some sort of decision!!!

I NEED to do a list for tomorrow, even DP has agreed, we had so much to do today (got Luke a new bed but that wasn't on it) so many calls to make etc and we just forgot half of it and flitted between stuff. So tonight we shall write a list!! Tonight I've done stacks of washing (inc many wet sheets off DSs bed), piled more stuff into xmas bag to go in loft tomorrow, emptied DW/refilled, cooked food....think that's all.
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200

  • Hi everyone
Well I'm pleased today to have crossed alot off the list and my bathroom looks very nice thanks! Just these left to do now.

    Monday Mayhem..

    Level Three
    Wash/vacuum the floor

    Extras
    • Empty and clean out the bin
    • Polish the mirrors
    • Declutter the desk.. make it shine!
All this and I've had the emotional turmoil of my two year old (just) having her first day at my child minders. I'm back at work next Monday so she's getting into the new routine this week. She had a great time and was a pleasure to have (childminders words!). I was so pleased to get her back though! You'd think I'd not been through it before, but I've got 7 yr old twins and I went back to work when they were 10 months. My mum had them tho so maybe that makes it easier, or maybe twins were just so darn hard I skipped off to work!!! :j
Either way I'm finding this tough. I'll be working 2 1/2 days so its great, and I'm ready to get back into work but.....
    Sorry to moan,
    Rache
