convienced OH that we had to take the kids out to a park; so we went for maybe 40 min - better than nothing! - watched a movie and then i had to start dinner (another case of 'let's chuck everything together and taste the surprise' :rolleyes: )
meanwhile dd complained of tummyache and i know she's due a nr.2 - we are fighting this for weeks now. she just won't do one in the potty/toilet - only nappy; or pants - but i forbid her to do that! so she's holding it back now and says she's scared of pushing it out (sorry for tmi ) - so i sat with her for 1 hour reading book after book .. and nothing! so she's got a nappy and is in bed now ..

ds is on his pc and shouting and laughing - i really need to check what he's doing :rolleyes:

as promised i didn't do much flying - but the d/w is on with all the dinner dishes.

Quick update from me as not been on here since Friday am.

Thought I might be able to catch up with the list but did not but not to worry I'm sure they will come round again next week. I have managed my dailies each day so the house is not a complete pig sty!!

Tuesday - tinklings

Sweep the floor!

S&S over all the unit fronts and appliances!

1. Make an appointment for some ME-time.. go get your hair done, half an hour shopping, coffee with a friend..

Thursday - Master bedsty & landing
Level One
[STRIKE]Strip the bedsheets and wash them![/STRIKE]
Level Two
Vacuum the floor you can see in the bedroom and on the landing!
Fill a binbag with stuff you no longer need and get rid!
[STRIKE]15 minutes filing[/STRIKE] Had lots of old things to file after a previous declutter session
Level Three
[STRIKE]Wash any soft furnishing that need it[/STRIKE] No soft furnishings
HH doing something that NEEDS doing..study, ironing, exercise.. GO!
[STRIKE]Empty any bins and take any laundry to the wash basket[/STRIKE]Extras

1. [STRIKE]Wash dirty windows [/STRIKE] Oh my god!! Those nets were grey. We live on a main road and always have the air vent bits of the windows on open and all along the top it was disgusting. Not been able to pay attention to this before as always had things stacked in front of the window so only been able to close curtains and open them!!!
2. [STRIKE]dust away all the cobwebs and dust [/STRIKE]
3. Wipe all the upstairs doors! .. both sides!!
4. [STRIKE] straighten the linen cupboard![/STRIKE] No linen cupboard but ottoman looking fab

Friday - Spare rooms and kiddies rooms
Level One

15 minutes floordrobe clearance[/STRIKE]

Drag all the tat from under the bed and put it in its rightful places

5. Wash any bedding that has been neglected this week!

7. Clean any litter trays and pet beds
8. Bake a cake.. or some bickies...
9. Fill a binbag with rubbish.. *fling*
10. Fill a binbag for charity/freecycle/tip

I'm raring to go for next week.

Can we have some special extras next week as decided to have a birthday party at our house for DD at very short notice, need to do the following (apart from buying things) before Saturday:
Hoover under large sofa
Paint bathroom wall
Repaint lounge wall where paint peeled due to sun!!
Sort carpet cleaner and sofa cleaner (This will wait until after party!!)

Evening all

Sorry I've given up trying to catch up. Not sure how much I'll be around next week, although I'm only going to be at college on 2 nights now. I have been more or less keeping up with my dailies, although struggling to keep up with the rest.

Today I have not done very much flying as I've been doing studying for Tuesday. I've not done nearly enough since the course started, so I need to knuckle down. However, I have pulled the dishwasher and washing machine out, cleaned the floor, DH replaced washers on the intake pipes, and I washed the floors behind them. DD and I also went to Sainsbury's for the grocery shopping.

If I've missed anything crucial, perhaps someone can fill me in!

Otherwise, I'm off to look for the new thread.
