I would toss the vegetables in alittle oil and season well. Roast in the oven until cooked and then stir the crem fraiche through the veggies with a little crushed mint leaves (just remembered it's winter doh!) scratch the mint and replace with rosemary/mixed herbs and serve. I have a large tub of creme fraiche that needs using up. I don't know why I bought it coz I have no idea what to do with it?? I have most things in for example, chicken, tuna, pasta, rice, tomatoes, onions red and white, frozen veg etc
Any suggestions anyone??
Thanks0 -
Stir it into soups.
Make dips by mixing creme fraiche, dried onions and herbs.
Use it instead of milk in quiches."Finish each day And be done with it.

Forget them as soon as you can."

Thanks they are great suggestions I could use but I was thinking of using it up tonight as part of tonights evening if possible.
I also have green pesto0 -
Cook some pasta, stir in the creme fraiche and a dollop of pesto. Da-dah!!
When I do this I also toast some pine nuts and fry some bacon and chuck those in. Perfect tasty quick tea!******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0 -

Creme Fraiche is great with pesto and pasta.
Stirring it into curries is good too.Errors of opinion may be tolerated where reason is left free to combat it. - Jefferson0
