  • Hi there first78, I'm not sure whether it's advisable for people with IBS. I know it's not for those with coeliac disease or lactose intolerance, as there's wheat and milk derived ingredients in most of the shakes, soups and bars.
The main website should help: www.celebrityslim.co.uk
Once you've registered you can ask a specific question there if you like and the mods might get back to you.
I have done a search and it seems that there are mixed results from IBS sufferers on the plan. As one side effect of CS is constipation I imagine it will hit some worse than others. (Sorry, no point me posting link here as you need to log into CS to read it!)

Well I'm starting tomorrow :) My starter pack came today, I tried a chocolate shake for lunch and it was yummy and surprisingly filling! So it's last meal tonight (prob pizza) then its carb free and celebslim friendly foods only. Gonna be strict with myself so I don't sabotage myself and waste my money.

What do you guys usually have for snacks?

thanks everyone :o I really appreciate it.

Flower27 I have stones to lose rather than pounds. I have not revealed yet my weight or what I want to lose, but I will one day. My only advise is to stick to it and drink ALL your water. I have said it before but this trully is the easiest diet I have ever been on. I used to think about food constantly whether it was what to have for tea lunch or breakfast or beating myself up because I had completely pigged out and felt terrible about myself. The only time I think about it now is when I need to decide what to have for tea the following day, so I don't get caught out and end up buying something in or having something I shouldn't have.

I feel so much better for it and even though I have still a lot to lose I am certain I will do it this time-with other diets i couldn't vision myself being slim but I can now. My Mum says I generally look better, just healthier I suppose and a lot happier and people are starting to notice too it makes me feel really good about myself, something I've not been able to do really since I had my wee girl 2 years ago.

Sorry I am rambling now I will shut up good luck everyone, Mrs B good luck with tomorrow I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and let us know how you got on. xxx

  • Hi everyone, I'm new to this thread but just wanted to say Hi and can I join in as I know with Diets support really helps.

I've been doing well and have lost 2 stone over the last year and a bit but I've recently gone back to work and have put 9lbs back on in 6 weeks so I dont want to end up back at square 1 so today I have bought the cs starter pack and also a couple of the bars and a packet of the snack bars.
I'm going to start in the morning. (although i'm being good today and have tried one of the snack barsd and they are ok )

Your all doing so well and are an inspiration , I would like to shift 7lbs by the 7th of dec as its my birthday and am having a an evening out with friends and wat to fell good , not fat and frumpy.

So wish me luck , I'll let you all know how i get on.

  • Losing weight is easy. All anyone needs to do is eat less and exercise more. Little tip here. The palm of your hand is the size it is because it evolved as the right size to carry enough food to eat in one sitting.
