F1iona - When I went to get weighed at the pharmacy they said that the minimum water intake of 2 litres was essentials. The girl I work with didn't drink enough water her first week and lost nothing then last week when she did drink the water she lost 7 pounds!

I have found it easier to drink the water this week but my first week I really struggled!!

As it's recommended you increase your exercise when using Celebrity Slim I thought I would just check my wii fit in readiness for tomorrow when I start the plan.... It informed me it's been 253 days since I last logged on  Uh oh spaghettio :rotfl:!!!
I'll report back tomorrow with how my first day has gone and how much exercise I've completed. I REALLY need to fit in to my holiday clothes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Teenie D - well done on 22lbs loss - you are an inspiration! :T

Looks like I've frightened everyone off! No one else seems to be posting at the moment

Day one is nearly over and its not gone too badly. Started off with 20 mins on the wii which brought me out in a sweat. After a quick shower I had my first chocolate shake - wasn't as bad as I anticipated. Around mid morning I had an apple and then at lunch time I had a roast chicken soup. Odd flavour but I can't say it was unpleasant. Had a pear mid afternoon and then a small chicken breast diced and stirfried with quite a bit of veg. Put some chilli flakes and a bit of soy sauce in to give it some flavour and it tasted so scrummy! I've drank 2.5 litres of water so far  Looking forward to another apple in an hour or so and that will be my first day finished! Only another 48 to go!!!!!!! :A

You are doing fab - its the best diet Ive done, the most weight loss, the least deprived ive felt, and above all - I felt absolutely fantastic while I was on it.

keep it up - the time will fly ! !

Well done! I'm glad you are finding it not too bad my first day was awful but now it's a piece of cake.......................in saying that I totally lost it over the weekend but will definately get back on track tomorrow-I have had pizza and chips and cakes and crisps etc :o(although nowhere near in the same quantity as I did before!) and I fell pretty bloated and just feeling rubbish.

Doubt I'll lose anything this week (may even have put on) but I am not overly concerned as I am so confident with this diet I know I will lose it again, and it has also made me realise that I trully dont want to go back to that way of eating again.

Good luck everyone, hope you're all getting on well-I will report my weigh in results on Wednesday.

oh no St0lli - I still lurk in here - and make the odd comment, but Im not doing the diet at the moment. Hopefully when I can get enough cash to re-buy it, I will be able to - and like TeenieD - I have every confidence that I will lose again on it.

    xx
