    Hi everyone

Yeh I'm back on this fantastic board and have decided to re-start on celebrity slim today.

Have put about 6 pound back on since I finished this to go holiday in August and whilst I was tryin to be really really good girl (I was honestly;)) some of the lost pounds have crept back on.

ssooooo have been a bought a new battery for the scales - weighed myself and then hit the shops for sachets, bars, salad etc and here goes back on it.

Felt so good last time with lots of energy so want to loose the weight again for my friends 40th birthday at beginning of December. Goold luck everyone and will keep you posted regularly.

    Hi Everyone!

Stressing as I don't feel any thinner!! Do you think that doing a lot of :j squats, lunges, sit ups, arm exercises and so on would add muscle so reduce the weight loss?

I am having slight issues at the moment, trying to deal with self sabotage! As soon as a diet seems to be going well and I actually achieve a weight loss I suddenly seem to make it all harder for myself!

I am hoping for a loss of 1 or 2 pounds this week as losing 5 in my first week was a lot so my body might need to adjust. I just hope I lose SOMETHING!!

Angel Jenny I would say probably but I really dont know sorry. When is your weigh day?

I know what you mean about making it harder for yourself but I am so determined I am not going to break this diet, I have not lost weight like this ever before (granted I have never been this weight before though!).

I am a bit worried as we are having a halloween party this weekend and although I will try to be good, as soon as I have a few drinks I expect it to go out the window and I will end up eating cr*p! i keep saying to myself though that we hardly do anything socially anymore (and we did used to be a couple of party animals LOL!!) so i am just going to let my hair down and enjoy myself and get straght back onto it the next day (as long as I have no hangover as I know I will crave carbs!).

Not really looking forward to weigh day this week but I think it is just generally the way I am feeling at the mo, I tend to get quite down at this time of the year but I am hoping that with the CS combined with exercise I will see a difference.

Anyway I've blethered enough now, shattered and going to bed.

Good luck Ali5 I think its great that you have only put on 6Ibs since August, it makes me feel better knowing that a few slip ups wont put all the weight back (despite what the CS website says!!!).

    Take care everyone xx

    Hello Everyone!

My weigh in day is now Wednesday so TODAY!! I lost 3 pounds this week so that is 8 pounds in 2 weeks. I don't think I have ever found a diet this easy before.

It seems like all the exercise has not really made much difference to my weight loss. I want to keep exercising :j as I want to be fit and healthy not just slim.

Teenie D - A little bit of what you fancy does you good! I am sure if you are really strict the day after you will be fine!

Well lots more weight to lose but I am on the right track!!

Well done that is brilliant. Feeling more positve this week and the cravings have gone thank goodness. Totally agree with you this is such a simple diet to follow I took my Mum and Dad and wee one out for coffee today and everyone had cakes but I didn't and I can honestly say it trully didn't bother me-that has never happened before!

My weigh day is today and I have lost another 3Ibs too! I wasn't feeling any difference all week until this morning and I just knew I had lost something I was over the moon it was so much.

Your right Angel Jenny I am totally going to let my hair down and enjoy myself on Saturday, whatever I put on I WILL lose again.

    Hows everyone else doing?

Keep at it and good luck xx

I've never even HEARD of Celebrity Slim but it definitely sounds interesting.... I did Lighter Life last year and lost 8 stone and was absolutely thrilled but since Feb 1.5 stone has crept back on so now I'm back on it :o
I am worried though as I kind of feel like it's a 'once in a lifetime' diet and I'm not sure I want to put my body through that again - have been back on it for a couple of weeks now but I dont want to spend the rest of my life putting 2 stone on, going on LL then losing it, then putting it back and so on and so on... I need to find some balance (and restraint :o)

*sigh* Am off to investigate Celebrity Slim ;)

Well after reading this thread I've taken the plunge today and bought my starter set, the variety box of soups and some snack bars in preparation for Monday. I'm going on holiday in 7 weeks time so I want to stick to it for that length of time at least although my track record for sticking to diets isn't great  Maybe the £50 investment will be the incentive I need :j

I'll try and report back next week with a progress report :T

Good luck StOlli - you wont regret it !!!

Well, I bought the mango bar and the choc caramel bar today - in preperation for me getting rid of the golower mountain, figured I need to know if these things are nice (bearing in mind I didnt like either of the other bars!) am a little disappointed that you cant buy the new shake flavours singly - would have been good to try them too....
still - good to try till I can restart !!

    I've been Money Tipped!
Oooooops! I went to Amsterdam this week and have put 0.5 kilos back on!!:eek: Doesn't help that they had a free buffet in the club lounge at the hotel - DS and I didn't go out to eat after that but it was mainly cured fish and cheese so not too many carbs, and I (ahem) left my shaker on the side in the kitchen at home - subconsciously perhaps?

Straight back on the shakes this morning though - not going to let a little slide stop me.

I can't stand the apple crumble bars!!! Eeeuuurgh! In my handbag for dire emergencies now but I prefer the Atkins cappuccino nut ones.

My size 20 jeans are still way too big for me though, but I can't find any of my 18's and I know I put them away somewhere. Bought some leggins and a tunic the other day in 18 and they fit fine so I guess it hasn't impacted too much on the waistline.

Going to start the gym soon as well once my weight has gone down a bit more so it doesn't stress out my knee too much.
