sorry to hear about your mum jayneeh, good luck I am sure you will do really well, I also sort of have my own home gym, an exercise bike, a waist twist disk thingy, wii fit, jillian michaels wii game, another wii fitness game, ab lounge (hardly ever use that one though, must get it back out) exercise ball etc
Been good today so far went in town for coffee and 1st time had a bottle of water, 2nd a bottle of diet coke. Hoping it will be ok later though as my dog has to go to the vet as she isn't really very well, I'm just really hoping they don't have to put her down and they can give her some type of medication that will make her better0 -
I think today I am feeling the ffects of going back onto CS properly. I have been back on properly for three days now and have got the worst headache like I had at the begining. god I feel awful and am due a shake in the next hour or so...not looking forward to it at the moment...I just wish the pain and dizzy-ness would go away!! :-(Weight Loss To Date: 10lbs :j0

been reading all your messages for a while and today i took the step and baught cs.
just had my first shake and was suprised at how nice it was.
can you add cordial to you water?
also how do the atkins bars work? can you have them as a snack?
sorry for all the questions, no help from my pharmacy! they didnt seem to know much about it!0 -

I have seen on the forum that some people use diet cordial but it is recommended that you just use slices of lemon, lime or orange to flavour your water rather than using any kind of cordial.
Diet fizzy drinks are allowed 2-3 times a week even though it says in the booklet you can have one a day which I've been told is too much.
Atkins bars are the best thing ever created and I love Mr Atkins for making them so wonderful! Basically you can have them as a snack 2-3 times a week maximum and you are looking at the Net Carbs which should be written on the front. I'v questioned them before because the back says different amounts of carbs and apprently you dont look at that you look at the NET CARBS.
Choc brownie, choc orange bars i only have half as a snack as they are quiet big but AMAZING! My fav is the chocolate crunch, it has rice crispes in and feels so so so naughty!! they are smaller bars so I munch it all as a snack hehe!

thanks 4 the advice yeaterday. how many carbs m i suposed 2 b looking for with the atkins bars? i dont really understand the carbs/net carbs thing.
iv woke up this morning with a headache, but managing the 2l of water easier than i thought.0 -
Hi all, end of week 2, and lost another 2lbs. That's 6 lbs in two weeks, which I'm quite pleased with, but would like to lose about another stone from here. Finding CS quite easy though, and may boyf's soooo supportive it's fab!0

Well it's my last week on Cs and i'm really nervous about coming of the shakes as they have become part of my life now lol! Hopefully if i have lost 2lb this week then i would have reached my goal.
I was just wondering if anyone else has come off the diet and if so what has it been like?

:j Well week 1 on CS weigh in and I've lost 6lbs!!!!!!
To say I'm over the moon is an understatement. Onwards and 'downwards' from here - I'm so determined to get the weight off this time.
Yesterday was slightly difficult as there were some icecream-in-biscuit-slices in the freezer and I could have quite easily eaten one. But I didn't and I'm so pleased I didn't.
I think the loss has made me more determined as I know I can do it now.
