    Hi ladies, I've just had my first shake - cafe latte yummy! Very surprised at how good it was! Had a weekend in London, and whilst I didn't eat loads, what I did eat was not good!

    Hoping to have a good first week, off to the shops soon to pick up some healthy snacks and meats and salads/veg for dinner. I'm feeling very inspired by all the great successes on here. Wish me luck!:j

    Thanks trudij - first day went very weel, feeling great today. Just having a Berry Fudge Bar from my lunch (hmmm - not as nice as the shakes, hoping the soups will be better!).

    I've tried and vegatable and beef soups VERY nice although they are slightly salty but deff worth a try. Also tried the choc fudge bar the other day and I couldnt stand it! Tasted all powered as i chewed ugh! but hey I enjoy most of the shakes so I'm happy!

    Hi All you slimmers!

    Wow - you have all done really well - this is real encouragement for us newbies! I had no idea the diet was so popular - I was recommended it by a friend who has had done really well and after a few undesireable comments from an unsympathethic hubby at the weekend I really need to lose those pounds!

    First day into it and I don't feel hungry - I keep expecting the hunger pangs to set in but so far so good and after reading all the positive comments I now feel even better!

    Someone mentioned about not liking all of the flavours - when I was buying the starter pack yesterday the lady swapped the coffee ones for me as I don't like coffee and said any other flavours I don't like to just come in and swap them as their policy is for the customer to enjoy the food! I thought that was fantastic and swapped them for 2 soups to add to the variety.

    Does anyone have some good advice for snacks - that seems to be the area where I will come unstuck!

    That's good they let you swap the flavours, I didn't know you could do that.
    For snacks I have either a small tin of tuna with some lettuce and cucumber, or a small apple, or sometimes a boiled egg, or 30grams of cheese just stuff like that as I like it and I know it is ok to have.
    Are you on the CS forum? There is a topic on there with lots of snack ideas and advice

    I have just started this. The first day is going ok. I'm quite excited about it. The flavours are fab.
    Does anyone know if I can eat cherry tomatoes as a snack at all?

    Hey everyone!

    I've had such a brilliant day...I went shopping for my trip to New York expecting not to find anything suitable but I came back with a whole new wardrobe all of it in the sales, all of it fitting correctly AND looking nice!! I know I've only lost 10lbs but by-joe it has made a difference to how i feel in clothes...I feel on top of the world :-)

    This has spured me to get back down the gym next week and really go for it in the 3 weeks I have left before the trip...

    I'm now going to treat myself to a low carb choc cake (recipe found on youtube and spoken about in the CS forum) I cant wait

    :-D keep going ladies!

    KatieClub, 10 lbs is amazing, I'll be soooo happy if I manage that!

    I'm on day four and finding it really good. Not at all hungry, and really enjoying the shakes. Also, I seem to have more energy which has made me go to the gym a couple of times already this week. In fact, one of my work colleagues thinks I've been a bit hyper this week:rotfl:I'm kind of hoping this is becauase I'm just excited at the prospect of losing some weight!:p
