Well done for getting started Vixi, I'm nearly at the end of week four, I dont think ive lost weight this week as i had my tounge pierced on monday so i havent been having my shakes as much as they sting so ive been having soup and jelly instead which is off the prog slightly and havent felt upto the gym but im happy with my results so far and I have lost inches off my waist and hips this week so im happy with that!
Hehe about being hyper, ive found that, i thought because its LC that i would feel sleepy and not upto much but actually its the opposite, ive felt the need to go the the gym because i want to see good results, just hoping that i can lose at least another 7lbs before i hit New York (bf has been working over there for 9 weeks) and i want him to notice a difference in me!!
You'll deff manage 10lb, i lost 6lb in the 1st week, I understand coz i have got less to lose than others that my weight loss will be slower...only 15lbs to go to target weight :-D hopefully i will get there before mid sept when i start uni, but i will be having a week off in New York and cramming my face with carbs lol, i know that it will hinder my weight but i want to enjoy my time there!

Hi ladies, hope you don't mind me joining. I am on the begining of my third day on cs and am amazed at how quick the wieght drops off. The only thing i a m struggling with is this headache its only dull but irritating. Also, has anyone had trouble with having the shakes (as in body shakes not the cs shakes hehe). Appart from that i am currently pleased with the diet so far i have lost 5lbs already in 2 days and i was only 7lbs over weight (i was 10st 8lbs and am 5ft 3" and am now 10st 3lbs). Does anyone think i feel shaky because it is coming off too quickly? I will be in this for the long haul so would be nice to be in a situation where i can give support to others . Ps well done everyone on the weight loss !!!0

Morning! Had a cheeky weigh in this morning - 2 days early but could not resist! Lost 4 lbs!!!:j
And I can already fir into my smallest jeans(tester jeans - whatever I weigh, if they fit, I feel better)!

2nd day in and feeling great already. Finding it a bit hard, particularly missing bread but it's early days and I already feel much much less bloated. Loving the shakes so far but had a soup today (chicken I think) which I hated so think that I will be sticking to the shakes. I'm having pretty much the same food as my husband for dinner but without the carbs, for example he had pasta tonight with veggies and I just had the veggies.
Finding the water intake a bit hard but am just filling up a bottle and continually sip from it. Can't wait for the weigh in already BUT big test tomorrow, we are going out for lunch with the family and I know that I'm going to find it hard to just order a salad or veggies!0 -
I thought going out would be really hard, but had a girly lunch yesterday, and was quite happy with steak and salad!0

Well i stayed the same this week which I expected anyways as I haven't really been having my shakes (I had my tounge peirced and they stung too much to drink) so at least I havent put weight on...3 weeks now until I fly to New York so I'm upping the gym time and I'm going to try and stick to the programme this week!

yeah star know where ya coming from there mine started last tues felt so yukky all week so wasnt sticking to plan, then on thurs i banged my knee so got fluid on the knee wait for the pain to settle was in agony, so had a pretty crap week all in all no exercise at all, but back on track today.
keep up the good work girls. x

I thought I was better today but so far only had 2 weetabix with a little milk and struggled to eat that and have felt really sick ever since, I was going to make myself have something for lunch but I didn't see the point as I didn't think it would stay down0
